APO and FPO Shipping Instructions

  • Must be sent via the U.S. Postal System.
  • UPS can not ship to APO / FPO addresses
  • Make sure to select one of the APO / FPO "states" from our state drop-down. 
  • We have included AA, AE, and AP as valid US states in the state drop-down.
  • Make sure to use "APO" or "FPO" as the ship-to city.
  • Don't enter terms like "APO/AP" or "FPO/AE"-- this will make the system malfunction.
  • Make sure to select US as the country.  Even if you are stationed in Iraq or Japan your shipping address is a valid United States address. 
     

Postage charges to an APO or FPO address is the equivalent CONUS location:

  • AE  New York, NY
  • AP San Francisco, CA
  • AA Miami, FL

How long will it take to receive my order at an APO or FPO address?

  • A good rule of thumb is 2-3 weeks.
  • Shipping times to APO and FPO addresses vary widely.
  • Your package can only be tracked as far as the New York, California or Florida drop off point. After your package is transferred to US Military Mail it can not be tracked.
  • Your order is processed right away and put in to the US Postal system.
