How much for shipping? | Return Policy Dr. Lankin's Specialty Foods are unconditionally guaranteed. We make our products to be delicious and nutritious. If you are ever dissatisfied, return the unused portion to the store where purchased for a full refund or replacement within fifteen days of receipt. For online orders, contact the merchant or send the unused portion directly to us. The same refund policy applies minus any applicable shipping costs. All we ask is a brief explanation so that we may serve you and others better the next time.
Merchandise Exchange Privileges
Merchandise returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt in original condition for exchange of other in stock merchandise or for store credit only. No credit allowed for either original shipping or return shipping charges unless we made an error in the shipment.
Shipping Damages
We take every precaution when packaging items for shipment. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please retain all shipping and packing materials and call us within 48 hours of receipt to schedule a UPS claim and inspection. Claims for damage in transit cannot be honored after this 48-hour period. |
